Truck hours are based on current schedule and truck availability. Monday through Saturday. (contact ShreddRRz for details)

Sundays and holidays may be available upon request.

Truck food and beverage minimum

Food and beverage minimum charges are based on 2 hour serving time.

$900+ for most events with normal operating hours.

For events longer than 2 hours and/or non-typical serving times, the food and beverage minimum may increase and vary. Event price is subject to change based on end times, additional hours, additional guests and location. Prices and minimums are subject to change at any time at ShreddRRz discretion.

Additional charges May Apply for Catering

Sales tax and travel fees (if applicable). Gratuity may be added at client’s discretion. Travel fees applied to any catered event outside a 10 mile radius of Hummelstown.

Charges do not apply toward the food and beverage minimum

Permits/Insurance

Client is responsible for all permits necessary for their event location if located outside of our service areas. Permits may not be required if our truck is parked on private property. Our truck must be parked at least 200 feet away from other businesses and 500 feet away from schools unless written permission is acquired from school or business.

Cancellation policy

  • Thirty days or more prior to the event, your full deposit will be refunded
  • 15-29 days prior to the event ½ of your deposit will be refunded
  • 4-14 days prior to the event the full deposit will be retained by ShreddRRz.
  • 3 days or less prior to the event the full amount of the event will be retained/owed to ShreddRRz

Payments accepted

  • A deposit of ½ of the event cost will be made at time of event booking
  • Balance: Credit cards: Visa or MasterCard. Due the Friday prior to the event
  • Cash: due the day of event before service is started
